Ronald A. Erickson, Chairman
Ronald A. Erickson is Chairman & CEO of Holiday Companies, a Minnesota based petroleum retail and wholesale convenience business with operations in twelve states across the Upper Midwest and Alaska.  Over the past 35 years, Holiday Companies has also owned and operated retail grocery stores, discount stores, sporting good stores,  wholesale grocery distribution facilities, an import-export company, petroleum refining interests, and controls a related technology company.  He is also Vice Chairman of Gander Mountain Company, a St. Paul, Minnesota based retailer specializing in the hunting, fishing, camping, and outdoors categories.  Mr. Erickson currently serves as Chairman of BioE Corp., a biomedical and research company, as a director of Otologics LLC, a Colorado-based hearing device company, and as a director of Carriage Services, a publicly traded funeral services company.  Mr. Erickson is a member of the National Petroleum Council, an advisory body to the United States Secretary of Energy.

Dennis M. Lindahl, Managing Director
Dennis M. Lindahl served in various positions at Gander Mountain since February 1997, before leaving in September 2007.  His roles included Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, and acting Chief Executive Officer.  During his tenure, he was responsible for all aspects of Gander Mountain's business, with significant involvement in the administrative and operational areas of the business in addition to real estate and site selection.  Prior to his full time tenure at Gander Mountain beginning in early 2004, Mr. Lindahl worked at Holiday Companies from 1986 to December 2003, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.   During Mr. Lindahl's tenure at Holiday, he also had extensive experience with businesses engaged in wholesale food distribution and wholesale merchandise distribution.

David S. Erickson, Managing Director
David S. Erickson has worked as an analyst in fixed income syndicate and debt capital markets for Bear Stearns in London from 2006 to 2007.  He has been involved in origination and syndication of investment grade debt, asset-backed and structured credit, and a wide array of structured derivative products. Mr. Erickson is currently an adviser to the Board of Directors of Holiday Companies.  Mr. Erickson graduated with honors from Georgetown University with concentrations in Finance, Management, and Government.
